What Exactly Are Men's Issues?

Men's issues often vary greatly from one person to the next. Maybe you see yourself as a traditional man, trying to balance being a provider, a father, and a husband, all while trying to meet the expectations of your friends, family, and loved ones. Maybe you're feeling weighed down by some of those expectations, eager to "color outside the lines," but you're tired of the pushback. Maybe you’re afraid that you don’t measure up, that you’re the one setting the expectations of what it means to be a man that you can’t seem to meet. Regardless of the reason, the obstacles you encounter make being the man you want to be much more difficult than you'd like.

I will work with you to define what masculinity means to you and what you truly want. From there, we will look to past successes, future goals, and the resources you have right now that you might have overlooked. My job isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s about helping you to remove the obstacles preventing you from being the man I know you’re capable of being.
